Ringland Dental Centre are looking for a dental nurse with current GDC registration to join the team in our friendly, modern and successful practice. The position is available from October 2015 for 14 months (to cover maternity and holiday leave) and the hours will be 30.25 per week (Mon/ Wed/ Thurs 8.45am-1pm, 2pm-5pm and Tue/Fri 8.45am-1pm, no evenings or weekends!). There is the possibility of permanent employment in the event that a suitable position becomes available.

The role will combine chairside assistance with some reception duties as required. The practice is fully computerised with digital X-rays so basic computer literacy is necessary.

Dental Surgery Assistant / Dental Nurse position available

Crosskeys Dental is a well-established practice serving the local community for the last 25 years and as such we have a friendly and loyal patient base. We are looking for a DSA qualified or trainee with good communication and team working skills to join our highly motivated and friendly team.

Where are we?

Located just outside of Newport within easy access from the M4 (about 10 minutes) with dedicated car park for staff. There is also a train station situated 100 metres from the practice which has regular timetabled routes between Cardiff – Ebbw Vale.  Crosskeys station is just four stops from Cardiff Central.

This busy practice currently hosts 5 modern digitalised surgeries each equipped to provide a full range of general dentistry.

There is a wide range of support available within the team which comprises of 2 full time knowledgeable receptionists, 5 GDPs, an orthodontist, a hygienist and 8 Dental surgery assistants.
