We would like to invite applications to join Beaufort Park Dental Surgery in Chepstow.

Situated just of the M48, the practice is an easy commute from Cardiff, Newport or Bristol.

The practice is a forward thinking mixed independent practice looking to fill 3 days, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Part of the Welsh NHS pilot scheme and an FD training practice, we are keen to support development of individuals into areas of special interest.  We utilise skill mix in dentistry to provide high quality yet efficient care for our patients with NHS referrals to the Hygienist/therapist include in a generous UDA rate, allowing referral for perio and routine cons.

 

The six surgery practice is well equipped with spacious waiting rooms and surgeries and a large staff room. Key facilities available include

  • CEREC Blue can, available for use. Training and support if needed
  • Operating microscope availble
  • Computerised appts, records and X-rays with Dentally cloud based software
  • Onsite denture lab
  • Invisalign/implant practice

UDA targets subject to experienced and nogotiation. The successful applicant will inherit a long standing list with largely stable patients and a good private potential. Up to 5000 UDAs (achievable easily utilising skill mix) available if wanted.

Opportunity to join mixed family run practice located in Chepstow.

waiting-areasSituated just off the M48 making the practice easily commutable from the M4 corridor and the outskirts of Cardiff. The practice is  purpose built within a commercial unit with large, light surgeries and spacious waiting/reception areas and staff room.

 

The practice has 6 spacious su6-ds-surgeryrgeries with a dedicated decon room as well as an onsite denture laboratory. We have a CEREC blue cam available for use as well as an operating microscope. There is a good mix of advanced treatments offered privately including Invisalign and implants.

Days available are Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. There is a good UDA rate on an established patient list. We also employ a full time therapist who is available for referrals for all appropriate NHS work included in the standard UDA rate. Utilising the therapist the list has been producing 450 UDAs pcm on 2.5 days. This is a comfortable workload when utilising the skill mix and still allows for a good private potential.

Full time position available to join an independent mixed practice in Chepstow. Located 1 minute off the M48 so excellent accessibility from Bristol, Newport or Cardiff areas.

Available from the beginning of November but may be available for an earlier start if desired. 

List is predominantly NHS with good private potential in the local area.

The practice is a 6 surgery FD training practice with private hygienist and NHS therapist. Several special interests skills represented in the practice for referral or development support. Good UDA rate inclusive of referrals to the therapist for Cons and Perio treatment.

UDAs available to suit an experienced GDP but target negotiable dependant on experienced.

The practice has a CEREC Blue cam and operating microscope available for use

BDA Golf Day at Royal Porthcawl on Friday 10th July

 BDA Golf Day 2015 – Friday 10th July

Annwyl Gyfeillion / Dear Colleague,

Thank you for your support at last years BDA golf day, I think we can all agree that once again a fantastic day was had by all.

This year, it will once again be held at the Royal Porthcawl Golf Club on Friday 10th July 2014.

We are planning 18 holes of singles in the morning, followed by lunch and then 12 holes greensomes in the afternoon. A three course meal and presentation will follow in the evening, for which Jackets and Ties will need to be worn.

We have been able to once again secure sponsorship to subsidise costs from Freeman and Co Accountancy Services, SJP Wealth Management group, Legal and Medical Investments Ltd, Henry Schein and Performance Finance.

The cost of the day is £120.00 per head: Porthcawl Golf Members £20.00 per head.

I am sure that you all know that this is a popular event and spaces are limited, therefore it will be organised on a ‘first come’ basis. This year we will arrange tee off times from around 10.15am – 12.00pm for the morning four-balls, so please state on the application form if you would prefer an early, middle or later tee-off time (on a first come first served basis).
